You will lead one significant initiative or a small set of programs from planning through delivery and change adoption, partnering with stakeholders across functions and the global organization.

You will build integrated program plans, RAID logs, decision registers and reporting cadences, manage budgets and resources, and adapt your approach to Agile, Waterfall

Qualifications

• Significant program management experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to operate with autonomy within a portfolio and challenge scope.
• Experience with structured program management methodologies and tools.
