Job summary

FirstHive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise expansion across Retail, e-Commerce, and CPG sectors in the US. You will own the full sales cycle, diagnose complex data challenges, and articulate ROI across business and technical stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will bring 5–7+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales, a proven quota attainment, and deep domain knowledge in Retail/CPG or Fintech.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of direct B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+ with deal sizes of $250k–$1M+.
• Deep industry knowledge in Retail/CPG marketing or Fintech enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle territory from prospecting to close for net-new enterprise accounts.
• Use MEDDPICC aligned selling to diagnose data challenges and articulate ROI and architecture value.
• Navigate multi-threaded stakeholder groups across business and technical executives to build consensus.
