Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service or customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise/business customers is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative and ordering support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalations.
• Assist with account management activities including mobile numbers, activations and renewals.
• Run billing, usage and account activity reports for management.
• Communicate with business customers and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
