• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years Customer Service or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• 2 years prior call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Un-Carrier service through expert handling of requests via various channels for customers and sales team.
• Assist Senior Enterprise Experts with account management activities including mobile number management, activation, and equipment fulfillment.
• Process orders and renewals via portal or Salesforce, maintaining knowledge to support multiple groups and departments.
• Run custom billing, usage and other account-related activity reports to manage customer accounts as needed.
• Communicate with business customers, Sales and cross-functional partners; deliver and comply with contractual care requirements.
