Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an Expert, Enterprise Business Care to support business customers, maintain strong cross-functional relations, and help drive solutions and sales.

You will deliver operational, administrative and ordering support, respond to inquiries, resolve escalations, and assist with billing and reporting for assigned customer bases. Required: High School Diploma/GED and 2–4 years in customer service or customer-facing sales, with call center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; 2–4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Un-Carrier service through expert handling of requests via various communication channels for customers as well as our sales team.
• Resolve billing issues by confirming promotions and rebates are processed correctly and assist with buyback facilitation of devices.
• Assist Sr. Enterprise Experts and community with Account Management activities including mobile number management, new account activation, and fulfillment of equipment needs.
• Assist with sales or billing requests, processing orders and renewals via portal or Salesforce.
• Run custom billing, usage and other account-related activity reports for managing customer accounts.
