A high-growth, venture-backed tech company is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to support expansion across the US. This is a high-impact role focused on outbound prospecting into top-tier construction firms and General Contractors, ideal for a commercially sharp SDR/BDR ready to step into the enterprise world.

They’re solving one of the most expensive and frustrating problems in commercial construction - project delays and cost overruns - using AI and computer vision to digitize site operations. The product is proven, sticky, and already in use across 10+ countries. Sales cycles are strategic, consultative, and value-led.

You’ll be part of the founding BDR team in Chicago, working side by side with senior reps to land logos that shape skylines. If you’re hungry to make your mark and want to break into large, complex deals in a booming industry, this is one of the best places to do it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Map and research large enterprise construction accounts across the US
  • Own top-of-funnel outreach: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging
  • Engage senior stakeholders and set up qualified meetings for AEs
  • Build a strong pipeline and help drive multi-million dollar deals
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy

What They’re Looking For:

  • 1 year in a SaaS SDR or BDR role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, curious, and great at opening doors
  • Coachable, collaborative, and up for a challenge
  • Based in Chicago (non-negotiable)

Bonus points for experience in enterprise sales or construction tech, but not required.
