Job summary
Apple Inc. seeks a Systems Strategist for AppleCare Technologies in Austin, TX. You will shape enterprise-wide technology decisions and guide the AppleCare systems roadmap and architecture landscape.
You will partner with IS&T and business teams to identify strategic opportunities, ensure governance, and deliver architecture artifacts that enable scalable customer journeys and value realization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
- At least 3 years in systems specification, design, and operations.
- Familiar with Agile, DevOps, and Product-led delivery.
- Strong BCM and enterprise architecture knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and agentic workflows.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Evolve technology and systems strategy services to support planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with ACT Business Engagement to improve governance and delivery.
- Define and maintain the AppleCare Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Identify technologies to uplift capabilities and streamline processes.
- Maintain architecture artifacts in the AppleCare Architecture Repository.
- Align designs with platform capabilities and priorities.
- Guide blueprints using data, analytics, and BCM.
- Develop overlays to inform executive prioritization and value realization.
