Job summary

Slalom seeks a Senior Consultant – Technical Program Manager to lead a strategic technical workstream implementing a new enterprise billing platform for a large transformation. You will coordinate across vendor teams, SI partners, client stakeholders, and technical teams to align to budgets, timelines, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise transformations with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of system architecture, integrations and data flows.
• Experience leading programs in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable program management certifications.
• Experience with AI applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic technical workstream for a new enterprise billing platform.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution processes.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams while aligning with overall program objectives.
• Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure successful delivery through management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts across vendors, SI partners, and systems integrators.
