Job summary

Concord USA is seeking a Program Manager to own a large-scale billing transformation from pre-RFP through vendor kickoff. You will stand up structure, cadence, and governance while coordinating GTM, Finance, and internal technical teams in a remote-friendly setup.

Responsibilities include aligning scope, priorities, and timelines across stakeholders, managing risks, and reporting decisions to leadership. This 6–12 month contract offers competitive hourly rates and US-wide remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of demonstrated program management experience leading ERP/CRM migrations.
• Ability to build program structure and cadence from the ground up.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across teams.
• Experience in pre-RFP / vendor evaluation and CRM/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the billing transformation program across GTM, Finance, and internal technical workstreams.
• Stand up program structure, cadence, and governance ahead of a formal delivery.
• Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Support pre-RFP planning and vendor kickoff preparation.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams spanning CRM and ERP platforms.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and open decisions as the program moves toward execution.
• Report program status and key decisions to leadership stakeholders.
