Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team programs building billing platform foundations.
• Standardize intake for new commercial work into billing with clear ownership.
• Own the promotions program end-to-end from proposal to reconciliation.
• Ensure pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting for launches.
• Manage the change process for the charge pipeline.
• Run payments operations programs with finance and treasury.
