Job summary

Slalom seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a complex billing-platform workstream in a large enterprise transformation. You will orchestrate delivery across vendors, SI partners, and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, influencing executives, and managing priorities in a highly matrixed environment. Remote work with MST hours is supported, spanning multiple teams and regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise transformations with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic technical workstream for a new enterprise billing platform.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, risks, and issue resolution processes.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams while aligning with program objectives.
• Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes to ensure delivery.
