Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead large, multi-workstream programs, guiding delivery across data, cloud, and AI initiatives. You’ll translate ambiguity into structured plans, mentor teams, and partner with senior client leaders to define success metrics.

You will drive governance, manage budgets and resources, and apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches to deliver measurable outcomes in dynamic client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions.
• End-to-end project and software development lifecycle knowledge from business case to deployment.
• Technical fluency with enterprise apps, cloud technologies, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives across domains (data, cloud, AI).
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured delivery strategies, operating models, and execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, operations, vendors, and executives.
• Lead multiple complex concurrent projects with multiple workstreams or enterprise-wide programs.
• Partner with senior client leaders to define success metrics and scalable delivery frameworks.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints; drive prioritization and trade-offs.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Establish and scale governance, processes, and delivery standards for high-quality outcomes.
• Apply and scale Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery based on client context.
