Stripe is seeking a Manager, Billing Sales (Enterprise) to lead a team of Account Executives across the Americas. You will develop deep product and industry knowledge, drive strategic deals, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate growth.

You will own coaching, development, and performance of your team, forecast the region, and lead executive stakeholder engagements to win large opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology sales experience with 5+ years of people leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, billing, tax, or relevant SaaS industry.
• Experience leading sales, new business and operations in an early stage, high-growth technology environment.
• Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders.
• Demonstrated passion for Stripe’s mission.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of account executives focused on the SaaS business within the AMER region.
• Create go-to-market plans and solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations, focusing on performance against sales metrics.
• Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients at high growth rates.
• Coach the team in consultative and solution-based sales across the sales cycle.
• Lead in-depth product discussions with customers and steer strategic deals.
• Inspire and enable direct reports' career growth and development.
• Provide clear plans aligned with Stripe’s direction and GTM strategy.
• Create structure for GTM ideas and campaigns; measure results and adjust actions.
• Constantly improve programs and engagement models with best practices.
