Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Head of Grower Sales (Billing) to lead and grow a team of Account Executives across the AMER region, driving expansion and retention of Stripe Billing.

You will collaborate with product marketing, sales, and finance to develop deep product and industry knowledge and to execute strategic deals. You will coach, mentor, and manage performance, forecast the business, and lead executive discussions with customers to close high-impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience launching and growing teams.
• 12+ years in hyper-growth SaaS across the AMER region.
• Finance/revenue management or similar software industry experience.
• Ability to drive results with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to understand technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of product sales executives focused on expansion and retention of our largest Billing Users.
• Create go-to-market plans and solutions with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing).
• Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on key sales metrics.
• Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and new client acquisition at high growth.
• Coach and guide the team in consultative and solution-based sales throughout the cycle.
• Engage in largest opportunities, maintain executive relationships and help win new customers.
• Inspire development and career growth of direct reports.
• Lead GTM ideas and product sales campaigns; drive execution and measure results.
• Continuously innovate programs and engagement models for better outcomes.
