Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Head of Grower Sales (Billing) to lead a team of Account Executives and expand Stripe Billing across the AMER region. You will collaborate with core sales, marketing, and product teams to deep-dive into product and industry knowledge, driving strategic deals and forecast accuracy.

You will coach, develop, and motivate direct reports, shaping the territory plan and go-to-market campaigns. Strong leadership and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in growth SaaS.
• 15+ years in hyper-growth SaaS across AMER.
• Finance/revenue management or related software industry exposure.
• Self-starter with ability to drive results.
• Ability to architect solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on leader with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience negotiating complex bespoke agreements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Product Sales executives focused on expansion and retention.
• Create go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing.
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance against sales metrics.
• Drive revenue growth, higher attach rates, and new client acquisition.
• Coach team in consultative, solution-based selling across the sales cycle.
• Engage in largest opportunities and manage executive relationships.
• Lead GTM ideas and product sales campaigns in line with Stripe direction.
