Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Head of Grower Sales (Billing) to lead and expand a high-performing AMER billing sales team. You will coach Account Executives, drive expansion and retention of Stripe Billing, and collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to shape go-to-market strategies.

You will guide executive conversations, build deep product knowledge, and own performance forecasting for the Billing org, while aligning with Stripe’s broader strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience launching and growing high-functioning teams/products.
• 15+ years of experience in hyper-growth SaaS environments across the AMER region.
• Experience in finance, revenue management, or related software services.
• Self-starter capable of driving results with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-stakeholder solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive audiences.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations with various business customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of product sales executives focused on expansion and retention of Billing users.
• Create go-to-market plans and collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance against key sales metrics.
• Drive revenue growth, attach rates, and new client acquisition at high growth rates.
• Coach and develop the team in consultative and solution-based sales across the sales cycle.
• Engage in the largest, most strategic opportunities and manage executive relationships.
• Lead with clear plans in line with Stripe’s direction and GTM ideas.
• Drive measurement, analyze results and adjust actions promptly.
