Job summary

Aegis AI Security is seeking a first-in-house Business Development Representative in the US. You will own the top of funnel, prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts in finance, healthcare, and tech, and translating complex security concepts into business value.

You’ll build cadences, scripts, and playbooks, qualify leads, and drive discovery calls, while shaping our go-to-market motion in a fast-evolving AI security space.

Qualifications

• Based in SF or New York with remote-friendly setup.
• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch.
• Comfort with CRMs and outreach tools.
• Startup mindset with eagerness to learn and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, social) to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Research and map organizational structures to identify stakeholders and pain points.
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls.
• Develop cadences and A/B test messaging to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data.
