Inaza is seeking a hands-on, metrics-driven B2B Marketing Executive (Demand Gen & Outbound) on a 6-month contract to build our demand engine and drive qualified enterprise leads.

You will own outbound outreach, paid media campaigns, content creation, event setup, and weekly performance tracking, with a clear path to a permanent role for top performers. Remote-first from Ireland with potential travel for conferences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B digital marketing or growth execution.
• Hands-on experience building outbound campaigns.
• Proven ability to set up and optimize campaigns in Lemlist, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• CRM familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce to track leads and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor outbound cold email sequences.
• Set up and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Search Ads.
• Create clear, compelling B2B copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and case studies.
• Manage pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups to convert contacts into pipeline.
• Track key metrics weekly: conversion, CTR, CAC, and pipeline generated.
