Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to drive demand generation campaigns for our Accountancy software portfolio. This hands-on role offers ownership of campaigns, collaboration with senior stakeholders and an opportunity to cover the Marketing Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns that generate leads.
• Hands-on experience using channels such as email, webinars, events, digital advertising, content or landing pages.
• Campaign ownership from brief through launch, reporting and improvement.
• Performance reporting with data-driven recommendations.
• Stakeholder management with Sales, Product Marketing and external agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and changing priorities.
• Independence and leadership potential; stepping up for the Marketing Manager when required.
• Clear briefs and strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, digital channels, content and thought leadership.
• Develop campaigns that attract potential customers, generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities.
• End-to-end ownership of campaigns from planning to delivery and optimisation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, internal teams and agencies to align messaging and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate marketing events and webinars, including promotion, content, speakers and follow-up activity.
• Track campaign engagement, leads, conversions, pipeline contribution and ROI; recommend improvements.
• Step up to cover Marketing Manager when required and maintain campaign delivery.
• Explore new approaches, including AI, automation, ABM and changing digital search behaviours.
