Job summary

HCI Systems, Inc. is expanding into enterprise AV solutions and seeks a Senior Sales Representative to develop relationships within the AV integration space, drive growth, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will lead the sales process from proposal to close, manage scopes, coordinate with engineering and field service, and mentor teams. A strong track record in consultative AV/IT sales and 10+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 10+ years in consultative AV/IT sales or similar tech.
• Strong knowledge of AV/IT products and integration processes.
• Proficient in CRM, Windows, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate new clients in AV integration space.
• Lead sales from proposal to close, including scopes and costs.
• Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction across sales cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering/project teams to deliver projects.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
