Job summary

Aspire Technology Partners, LLC. seeks a Senior AV Solutions Architect to lead presales, design and engineer integrated AV and collaboration solutions for enterprise environments. The role combines client-facing consulting with deep technical know-how in AV, IP networking, and room systems.

You will develop architectures, BOMs, budgets, and narratives, while coordinating with engineering and delivery teams to ensure scalable, supportable implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AV design, engineering or presales experience.
• Strong knowledge of AV, conferencing, signal distribution and AV-over-IP.
• Ability to read architectural and AV drawings.
• Experience developing AV BOMs, budgets, and scopes.
• Customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales for AV, collaboration, and workplace tech.
• Conduct client discovery and convert requirements into AV solutions.
• Develop system architectures, BOMs, budgets and scopes.
• Design spaces including conference rooms, training rooms, and auditoriums.
• Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform site surveys and evaluate AV and network readiness.
• Coordinate with networking, security, and managed services teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Support transition from sales to delivery teams.
