Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking a Process Automation Manager to lead the IT Process Automation team, defining the enterprise automation strategy and roadmap. You will oversee platforms like UiPath, SharePoint, and DocuSign, ensuring secure, scalable automation aligned with governance and business priorities.

You will mentor automation professionals, coordinate with IT and vendor partners, and drive execution of initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of experience in process automation, systems administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes through collaboration and accountability.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms (RPA, workflow, content management, e-signature).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Process Automation team and define the automation strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee administration and performance of enterprise automation platforms.
• Coach and develop automation professionals and manage hiring and performance.
• Partner with business leaders to align automation initiatives with organizational needs.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance requirements are met across solutions.
