Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business units to ROI goals.
Design and govern scalable automation architectures, frameworks, and reusable components.
Act as the technical authority for Automation Anywhere OR UiPath platforms, including bot lifecycle management.
Drive platform governance, SDLC adherence, and code reviews; ensure quality standards.
