Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking a Process Automation Manager to lead the IT Process Automation team and drive the bank’s automation strategy. You will oversee platform governance, security, and lifecycle management while coordinating with IT and business partners to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
8–10 years in process automation, systems administration, workflow design, or related disciplines.
Experience leading or influencing technical and/or cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing enterprise automation platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow, content management, e-signature).
Experience operating within regulated environments (financial services) and supporting governance, risk, and compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Process Automation team and execute automation strategy.
Oversee enterprise automation platforms (SharePoint, Nautilus, DocuSign, UiPath) for security and reliability.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and statements of work.
Ensure governance, risk, and compliance considerations are embedded across automation initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to align priorities and drive delivery of automation solutions.
Provide regular reporting on team performance, system utilization, and impact.
