You will partner with stakeholders to set priorities, govern standards, and ensure secure, scalable solutions in a regulated environment, while guiding modernization and platform governance. This role emphasizes people leadership, technical oversight, and delivering business value through

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of relevant technical experience.
Five or more years of leading a software engineering team, preferably RPA.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of automation engineers and developers.
Manage end-to-end delivery of automation solutions from intake through production support.
Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, operational, and compliance requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define implementation roadmaps.
Drive successful migration and modernization efforts across automation platforms.
