Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant technical experience.
- Five or more years of leading a software engineering team, preferably RPA.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation engineers and developers.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of automation solutions from intake through production support.
- Provide technical oversight for Power Automate Desktop Unattended and Automation Anywhere solutions.
- Ensure automation platforms meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Oversee production support and incident management for automation platforms.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology partners, and executive stakeholders.
