Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to own and support our enterprise platforms, primarily UKG, across HR and payroll workflows. You will build integrations, automate processes, and manage access/security across cloud and on‑prem environments.

With 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, you’ll partner with the Senior Analyst to optimize platforms, implement new UKG capabilities, and drive efficiency. This hybrid role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business information systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience in systems administration, identity and access management, ticketing platforms, and building integrations.

Responsibilities

Administer and support UKG, NetSuite, Freshservice, Entra, Intune, AD and related systems.
Maintain UKG with configuration, security roles, and release management.
Develop integrations and automations for HR and payroll workflows.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and security access investigations.
Create dashboards and reports for leadership using Power BI or native tools.
