Job summary
Providence is seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to support UKG Healthcare Productivity within our ERP ecosystem. This role focuses on sustaining and optimizing UKG Productivity IS processes across ERP environments, ensuring solutions align with business needs and delivering successful system releases.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive UKG Healthcare Productivity experience, ERP deployment and lifecycle management skills, plus strong stakeholder communication to drive project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent with at least 5 years of functional ERP experience.
- 5 years of design, implementation or maintenance of large scale ERP systems (Oracle Cloud/Suite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday).
- 2+ years of leading medium to complex projects; experience with deployment, support and lifecycle management; process improvement and change management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within a large organization.
- Align business needs with UKG Productivity solutions and enhance implementations.
- Oversee change requests, testing and releases; manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
