Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR applications and integrations, with a mix of hands-on HR systems work and process improvement. You will collaborate with the HR BSA lead to automate workflows, develop low-code tools, and apply AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work across HR processes.

Ideal candidates have strong Workday experience, HPIS/HCM knowledge, and the ability to explain technical concepts to HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years supporting HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
• Hands-on Workday experience, such as integrations, business processes, reporting or security.
• Experience building apps or automated workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate or similar).
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve business processes.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, file transfers (SFTP/PGP) and data mapping.

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our HR applications portfolio. You would work alongside the team's lead HR BSA to keep HR systems and integrations running well day to day. You would also find and build automation, low-code apps and AI-assisted solutions that cut manual work across HR technology processes.The role is about half hands-on HR systems support and half process improvement. It suits someone who knows the HR technology space and enjoys building tools that make work simpler.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years supporting HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
• Hands-on Workday experience, such as integrations, business processes, reporting or security.
• Experience building apps or automated workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate or similar).
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve business processes.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, file transfers (SFTP/PGP) and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and audit or SOX-style controls.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to HR stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Workday certification or experience with Workday Studio or EIB.
• Experience with SAP Fieldglass, benefits carrier integrations or travel/expense integrations.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents or prompt engineering.
• Power BI or SQL skills.
• Experience in energy, utilities or another regulated industry.
