This hands-on technology leader will drive modernization, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and foster continuous improvement to enhance performance, scalability, and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, CS, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years supporting or overseeing enterprise applications (ERP/CRM).
• 3+ years leading technical or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience establishing operational standards and improving reliability.
• Demonstrated success developing technical talent and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise application professionals with focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee support, maintenance, and performance of ERP, CRM, and other business platforms; ensure SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT and business functions to improve application performance and drive automation.
• Develop standardized application support processes and service management practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities for AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation.
