Job summary

Summation is seeking a Solution Lead to own customer outcomes from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion. You will model processes and decisions, work with data and analytical tools, and lead the customer and Summation team through delivery.

You will balance hands-on work with strategic direction, ensuring workflows deliver measurable value and scale through repeatable playbooks and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Own enterprise implementations from discovery through launch and measurable value.
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete models, workflows and requirements.
• Lead the customer and Summation team through delivery without formal people-management authority.
• Strong analytical fluency and willingness to work with data, models, and AI‑assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise implementations from discovery through launch, adoption, measurable value, and ongoing improvement.
• Build a detailed understanding of customer processes, decision rights, users, data, constraints, controls, handoffs, and success measures.
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete models, workflows, product requirements, implementation plans, and explicit tradeoffs.
• Lead the customer operating cadence and coordinate cross‑functional contributors to drive delivery.
