Trinseo is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Architecture to define and advance the enterprise technology vision, architecture roadmap, and application strategy across critical platforms.

You will lead governance, SAP platforms, analytics, and data platforms while guiding a team of architects to enable scalable, secure, and agile business solutions that support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or application organizations.
• Significant experience leading large-scale enterprise application environments, including SAP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise technology roadmaps and drive digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and cross-platform integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enterprise Architecture function and establish the long-term technology vision for the organization.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, governance processes, and reference architectures.
• Develop future-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks that ensure secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee SAP technologies, platform operations, and enterprise integration strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of enterprise application capabilities.
