Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting, managing, or overseeing enterprise applications (ERP/CRM).
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or enterprise functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application management, service delivery, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience establishing operational standards and improving reliability.
• Proven ability to develop technical talent and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise application professionals with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the support, maintenance, and performance of ERP, CRM, and related platforms.
• Ensure incident intake, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution with SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to address issues and implement solutions.
