Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience administering, supporting, configuring, implementing, or maintaining enterprise applications or integrated business systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause‑analysis skills across application, operating‑system, database, network, authentication, integration, and end‑user layers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator and point of coordination for assigned enterprise applications.
• Maintain an accurate understanding of each application’s purpose, core functionality, business processes, configuration, data flows, interfaces, service levels, support model, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate diagnosis of issues with infrastructure, security, database, network, development, and other technical teams across the application and its dependencies.
• Monitor application availability, performance, capacity, error conditions, and integration health.
• Define implementation steps, validation criteria, test plans, maintenance windows, and post‑change verification for application changes.
• Partner with Information Security and infrastructure teams to address vulnerabilities and audit requests.
