Job summary

Mvt Logistics is seeking an Application Administrator to maintain and configure specific COTS applications in a role that focuses on stability and efficient operation. You will provide second-level support, monitor performance, and coordinate with IT teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, training staff on updates, driving improvements, and implementing automation. Remote options may be considered for the right candidate in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with RingCentral is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, triage, and incident resolution.
• Monitor application performance and respond to alerts or notifications.
• Coordinate with technical staff to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct training on applications, new features or updates.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Drive process, procedure, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Implement automation and scripting for routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Perform routine updates and patches under supervision.
• Document processes and procedures related to application management.
• Assist in testing and deploying new applications or upgrades.
