Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to provide technical assistance for enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and collaborate with IT to enhance functionality. The role emphasizes end-user support, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

Ideal candidates bring IT support experience, strong problem-solving, and knowledge of business processes. Hybrid/on-site work with occasional after-hours support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in IT support, application support, or helpdesk roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and cloud-based app management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications and diagnose issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and end-users to troubleshoot.
• Assist in installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within applications.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Support integrations between applications and ensure data integrity.
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term improvements.
• Conduct training and create user guides for the team.
