Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications across the organization. You will support end-users, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT teams to improve functionality in a healthcare setting.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, and strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in IT support, application support, or helpdesk roles.
Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
Proficiency with enterprise applications such as EHR/EMR systems, Salesforce, Kronos UKG, or other industry-specific software.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
Familiarity with SQL databases, reporting tools, and scripting for automation is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and end-users to troubleshoot software-related issues.
Assist in software installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within applications.
Develop and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and provide application solutions.
Support integrations between applications and ensure data integrity.
Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance application knowledge among team members.
Conduct quarterly user access attestations.
Coordinate with the development team and product team on bugs and other application issues.
