Job summary

Centre Technologies seeks a System Administrator to manage several IT environments across multiple business verticals for Centre Assist clients. You will act as SME for the IT environment, guiding upgrades, configurations, and best practices, and serve as escalation point for the Centre Assist team.

Responsibilities include collaborating with client Executives, solving issues via Problem Management, and communicating progress. Strong documentation and cross-team coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server versions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience with Exchange/Office 365 deployment and migrations.
• Familiarity with virtualization and Citrix environments.
• Experience with network hardware and support.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Centre and client Executives; communicate IT environment status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues; use problem management to drive resolution.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for client projects.
• Explain technology concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain regular meetings with client Executive liaison to discuss IT environment.
• Learn and understand client business regulations and operations.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
