Job summary

Centria is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and maintain enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT support, application support, or helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Experience with enterprise apps such as EHR/EMR, Salesforce, Kronos UKG.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring uptime.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and end-users to troubleshoot software issues.
• Assist in software installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within applications.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with development and product teams on bugs and issues.
• Support integrations between applications and ensure data integrity.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides.
