Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Kansas City, MO seeks an experienced IT professional to provide tier 2 enterprise application operations support in an in‑office role. You will troubleshoot, deploy, and integrate enterprise applications and maintain documentation.

You'll participate in on‑call rotation, collaborate across teams, and help ensure data integrity and performance of critical systems for complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise application operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 support and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Configure and upgrade applications to meet daily needs.
• Implement and maintain customizations, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Handle third‑party integrations to support business needs.
• Assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues.
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for data integrity and usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application functionality and integrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
