Job summary

FYUL, a fast-growing global company formed in 2024 by the Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce merger, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to accelerate Enterprise growth by closing technically complex deals and guiding onboarding.

As a trusted technical adviser, you’ll own API-driven integrations, architect Shopify storefronts, and lead onboarding with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS/e-commerce or API-driven platforms.
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
Deep fluency in e-commerce ecosystems, especially Shopify.
Proven ability to advise on storefront architecture and onboarding.
Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to provide deep technical expertise on APIs and integrations.
Design scalable integrations connecting APIs with customer platforms and ERPs/CRMs.
Lead onboarding with IT/engineering and Product to deliver enterprise solutions.
Build demos and proofs-of-concept for enterprise deployments.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and escalate to Engineering as needed.
Document solution designs and best practices for onboarding at scale.
Bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
