Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Financial Services sector. You will land net-new customers, manage a diverse executive-level pipeline, and partner with engineers and legal to deliver high-impact AI voice solutions at scale.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration across CX, product, technology, risk and compliance, and frequent travel for customer engagements and conferences.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling to both technical buyers (product/engineering) and business buyers (CX/operations).
• Strong executive presence and willingness to travel frequently for onsite visits and conferences.
• Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and land net-new customers to expand ElevenLabs’ market footprint in financial services.
• Balance a diverse pipeline of large institutions with regional clients requiring speed to close.
• Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows.
• Stay current on conversational AI trends, competitors, and governance/model risk dynamics.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the buying group and land one high-impact use case.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design solutions, manage Proof of Value, and guide through security reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal teams to drive fast-moving negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice to sharpen market positioning.
