Job summary

Unframe is seeking a Principal, Enterprise AI Transformation who can open executive relationships at Global 2000 accounts from a remote West Coast location. You will collaborate with Regional GMs to craft strategic approaches and ensure the right executive is in the room for transformative AI initiatives.

You’ll hunt large enterprise opportunities, build credibility with CIO/CTO-level leaders, and shape outbound playbooks while leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in enterprise sales or enterprise business development.
• Proven ability to earn executive credibility with CIO/CTO-level audiences.
• Fluency in how large enterprises buy and the ability to navigate economic buyers.
• Knowledge of AI, data, or enterprise SaaS landscape.
• Experience selling into financial services, manufacturing, real estate, or retail is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Nooks or similar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and open enterprise accounts with focus on C-suite engagement.
• Find warm entry points into target accounts with credible introductions.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across transformation, operations, IT, and data.
• Collaborate with Regional GMs on account strategy and executive alignment.
• Craft outreach that is insightful and aligned with the company’s AI journey.
• Represent Unframe at executive events and through partnerships.
• Contribute to evolution of outbound playbook.
