WRITER is hiring an AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 50-100 accounts, translating WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll shape change at the executive level and influence WRITER’s product roadmap as you drive AI adoption from experimentation to value realization.

You will operate in a hybrid role based out of Chicago or Austin, reporting to the director of AI transformation and success, with responsibilities spanning strategy, execution, and client expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises.
• Proven track record in building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Strong change management skills and ability to translate capabilities into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives with success manager.
• Partner with Fortune 50-100 customers to set vision and drive AI adoption strategies.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships to prioritize AI at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through data-driven analyses for business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing risks and updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell.
• Develop playbooks, decks, and communications to scale transformation best practices.
