The Vanguard Group is seeking an experienced AI governance and strategy leader to partner with senior executives across Investments, Finance, Technology, Risk and Enterprise Functions. You will design governance mechanisms for responsible AI use and help translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years in AI/ML-related roles with governance or strategy emphasis.
Experience in investment management or financial services is preferred.
Ability to develop business cases, roadmaps, and value-realization frameworks.
