Qualifications

Eight+ years in AI/ML, tech, governance, strategy, consulting, or program leadership.
Experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or FinTech.
Proven ability to develop business cases, roadmaps, metrics, and value realization.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to define AI strategy, governance, and adoption initiatives.
Design governance mechanisms for responsible, scalable use of AI/ML.
Translate AI strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Create executive-level communications and strategic updates on AI initiatives.
Support risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams within governance frameworks.
