Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in AI or data science.
• 10+ years in information/tech management, executive level, with some independent P&L responsibilities.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to build AI-driven vision aligned with business goals.
• Fosters cross-organizational collaboration to execute AI roadmaps and governance.
• Chairs AI governance board and ensures compliant, auditable AI practices.
• Leads AI literacy and change management across the enterprise.
• Develops operating models to scale AI initiatives across the organization.
