Arize AI, a leading AI observability and evaluation platform, seeks an AI Solutions Manager to drive adoption and customer success across enterprise accounts in a remote-first role based in the New York City metro area. You will partner with AI/ML teams, define success criteria, and shape how customers use Arize in production.

You’ll work with Forward Deployed AI Engineers to tailor solutions, run discovery, and manage renewals and expansions, contributing to repeatable offerings and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or technical account management at a tech company.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows or agent development lifecycle is preferred.
• Ability to demo a technical product and tie it to business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with plans, touchpoints, and renewals.
• Run discovery with AI/ML teams to align product capabilities with goals.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement and advise on best practices.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
• Drive adoption from pilots to organization-wide deployments; feed product learnings back.
