The position demands strong communication, a self-starter attitude, and at least 2 years in Customer Success Management within SaaS, especially in AI/ML domains. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 annually plus equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
