Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global technology leader, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead design, delivery, and scaling of AI-powered business solutions on the Microsoft AI stack.

The role defines reference architectures, governance, and production-ready agent solutions that can be deployed worldwide. You will mentor engineers and drive reusable assets across customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise cloud or AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience building production AI applications on Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of retrieval, grounding, model orchestration, AI security, governance, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, architecture standards, and reusable patterns for AI solutions.
• Lead customer-zero and lighthouse engagements, delivering production AI solutions from discovery through deployment.
• Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
• Define security, governance, performance, and deployment standards for enterprise AI solutions.
• Create reusable accelerators, reference architectures, playbooks, and engineering assets that scale globally.
• Mentor engineers and influence global partner delivery teams on best practices.
